Does ZDH offer consulting on a per case basis?
Absolutely! We have many clients who come to ZDH because of certain specific issues they are having. Contact us about price points for our per session programs.

At ZDH we enforce our privacy policy. Your information and business dealings will be kept confidential.
Does ZDH pay its employees "on the books"?
At ZDH everything is done on the books. All of the clients we outsource for are contracted, and of course employees are paid for legally. Contact legal@zdhconsulting.com for any specific questions you might have.
What can be outsourced?
Anything! We have clients that contact ZDH for outsourcing of sales, customer service, data entry, or even to use ZDH as an answering service for their company. If what you need done is currently being done elsewhere, I am sure that ZDH Outsourcing can do it at a lower price point!
What are the average costs of outsourcing?
This number varies depending on your needs. Most importantly, the type of project you are looking to outsource as well as the amount of employees you will need. Rest assured, you will be very impressed with the quality and the dollars and cents saved by outsourcing to ZDH.
Is there a minimum job/hours in order to outsource?
Not at all! We welcome new challenges both big and small!
What languages do ZDH currently outsource in?
Currently we deal with English, Hebrew, Russian, French, and Spanish.
Does ZDH accept commission only projects?
While we do require a minimum per hour charge for outsourced projects, we are open to discussing a commission only structure as long as we feel the program can be beneficial for everyone involved.
How long does it take to get started?
Depending on your needs we can have your project up and running anywhere from the same week, to even the same day!
Can I start and stop whenever I want?
If you are looking to "test the outsourcing waters" we welcome you. Please advise ZDH that you are looking to do a trial run. Welcome aboard!
